This “Villa Scolca” from La Scolca is a Gavi that originates from the winery's hillside vineyards, which are around 15-20 years old, where the Cortese grapes used to make it are cultivated. The bunches, carefully harvested during the harvest phase, are destemmed and the berries are pressed.
