와인메이커의 와인‘Grotto’는 Orsi Vigneto San Vito의 에밀리아 화이트 와인으로, 생동감 있고 진정한 와인으로 바이오다이나믹 원칙을 준수하여 생산됩니다. 다양한 레이블이 양조장에서 제작되며, 모두 농업적이고 전통적인 접근 방식의 결과로 거의 원시적인 차원을 공유합니다. 다양한 품종의 중심은 Pignoletto와 같은 토착 품종으로, 다양한 스타일과 유형으로 양조됩니다. 모든 병은 다양한 조류의 종으로 장식되어 있으며, 이 레이블에서는 펠리컨이 그려져 있습니다. 열대 과일의 향이 감귤 껍질, 효모 및 흰 꽃의 힌트와 어우러진 넓고 신선한 향의 모자이크가 특징입니다. 균형 잡히고 상쾌한 맛은 날씬한 바디를 보여주며 과일과 약간의 미네랄 느낌이 긴 여운을 남깁니다. 생선과 채소로 만든 첫 번째 요리와 완벽하게 어울립니다.

The olfactory mosaic is broad and fresh, characterized by hints of tropical fruit that join notes of citrus peel, yeast, and white flowers. The sip, balanced and refreshing, shows a slender body and a long finish with fruity and slightly mineral sensations.
The consequent maturation phase takes place in the same type of wine containers for 9 months on the fine lees, with frequent batonnage to suspend the solid particles.
