This Ribolla of Slavcek was suggested during a wine tasting, where he racked up a number of positive comments among those present. After the tasting, we joined in the chorus: this Ribolla, born from an 8-days maceration on the skins, is a wine of great level. Between Friuli and Slovenia, white wines are a perfect combination of microclimate and productive mindset: thus bottles that do not fear the time and are put on the market a few years after the harvest.
