This Vermentino from Sardinia “Tuvaoes” is made by the Cherchi winery using pure Vermentino grapes. The plants of this variety grow in vineyards located at an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level, rooting in the hilly soils near Usini, characterized by a calcareous and clayey subsoil. The bunches, carefully selected during the harvest period, are destemmed, crushed, and pressed gently, and then undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where they remain to refine for a period of 7 months.

The “Tuvaoes” by Cherchi is a Vermentino from Sardinia that, to the eye, announces itself with a bright and concentrated straw-yellow color. The nose is teeming with layered and complex aromas, shifting from fruity to mineral, also telling some more vegetal notes and hints of aromatic herbs.
