The Mencaroni Agricultural Company is located in Corinaldo, in the heart of the gentle hills of the Marche, a territory that overlooks both the Adriatic Sea and the mountains of the Apennines. Its privileged position, where the influences of the sea and the mountains meet, gives the wines a remarkable saltiness and aromatic complexity. Founded by Federico Mencaroni, who in 2010 chose to return to his homeland after living away for years, the company is a testament to passion and resistance to globalization. The family's winemaking traditions, passed down from grandfather Urbano and uncle Nevio, intertwine with Federico's modern approach, who has made craftsmanship and attention to detail the cornerstones of his production philosophy.

Federico has also decided to focus on the sparkling production of Verdicchio, starting in 2009 the production of classic method, a sector that he has seen grow with great passion. The grapes destined for the sparkling base are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September, with a maturation on the lees that can last from 40 to 120 months, giving the wines great elegance and finesse. Federico personally oversees every phase of production, from tirage to bottle rotation, to disgorgement, to ensure that each bottle reflects the quality and authenticity of his work. The cuvées of Mencaroni, awarded for their quality, are the result of a process that combines tradition, innovation and passion for wine.
